I finally convinced my wife that she needs to get rid of her Honda, so I 
am looking for a neat E34 525i.

The ideal car would be as follows:
1995 BMW 525i
5-speed
Traction control
Premium package
Red/Green
40k miles
In Chicago.

I am willing to consider any variants of the above. The only restrictions 
are that the car should not have more than 60k miles and no more than a 
2-3 hour ride from Chicago.
