Wet Seat Belts for an e-36

I think I remember hearing about the fix for wet seat belts sometime 
back.  Can someone refresh my memory on the procedure for unclogging the 
drains.  As I recall there are two sets, one through the A-Pillar and 
the other through the B-Pillar.  The only problem is that I can't seem 
to find the B-Pillar drains.
