Just FYI - you can also get these from a VW dealer in a slightly grained,
semi-matte finish.  Also, if you want a really nerdy removal tool, an IC
puller for removing dual inline pin (DIP) integrated circuits does a great
job for removing these caps.  You can get one of these from your local
neighborhood electronics store...
