E30 differential questions and Intake

Ok with all this talk aboutfifferential changing, I thought I would ask
my few questions. I'm looking at doing this change on my 85' eta. I want
to go to the 3.73 lsd, but what would the top speed be? Or the 3.43 lsd.
Is anyone selling etheir a 3.73 or 3.43?    Also around what price would
a shop charge to do the swap?
And with a K&n cone intakewho makes a heat sheild?
