<E34> Help! How to enter radio code?

Hi all,

I've got a bit of a problem.  I got my 540i back from it's Inspection II but
the radio is displaying CODE.  I have the code, but I don't have the radio
manual that came with the car so I'm at a loss as to how to enter it.

Would somebody please help me out?
