<E30> Help me put it back together!

Okay, I know someone out there has an answer to my question.

I'm putting everything back together on my front struts (I ended up
replacing the tie rods because the ball joints were shot, too).  My
problem is getting the nylocks to go on the control arm and tie rod
ball joints.  The ball joints just spin when I try to tighten the
nylocks!

How do I get the nylocks torqued here?

TIA. (No, Duane, I don't have air tools at my disposal! <g>)
