Wheel bearing stiffness

Just swapped a set of wheels on my '85 35CSi. I noticed that
one front wheel turns more easily than the other, a fair 
difference although neither is exactly stiff.

Both were replaced around 12,000 miles as the ABS rotors
were rusty. Should I be worried or is some difference OK?
