It's not that big, it's in the trunk on the left side behind the side cover
.  Near the Power antanna motor.  Pull back the cover and you'll see it.  It's
wimpy, if you put a new head unit in (35x4) you are pushing less wattage
through the factory amp than with the new head unit.  I wouldn't bother taking
it out.. it's a royal PITA.  Just discounnect the wires running from the head
to it: amp remote, and re-run speaker wires from head-speakers.  I first re-
ran my rear speakers (pioneer 6x9's) from the head unit-speakers instead of
through the amp and it made a big difference.  Now I installed a 400 watt x2
channel amp for the 6x9's.... BOOOMMMMMMM  now i need a 12" bandpass in the
trunk.
