Keith,
The Service Bulletin 11 01 91 (3218) explains that in the June 1990 a new
procedure will be used on the S38 rear timing case cover.  The bolts that
secure the cover are coated with Blue Loctite in order to prevent loosening
and oil seepage past the threads.  Torque bolts 9-11 Nm (6.5-8 ft.lbs.)
