Lift clearance

Have have two words: SNAP-ON ! The snap on scissors lift is the best tool I
have ever bought. It can be moved around the floor by one person. It stands
only 4 1/2 inches tall when fully closed and has a detachable pump which
acts as a dolly for moving it around the

			Bet you still can't drive your E36 (especially an M3) over it without
hitting the framework.  Snap-on, Rotary and all other mid-rise/low rise
lifts like these will require plywood or other pads to drive the car on to
give you an extra 3/4+" of clearance.  SD
