alignment settings

I'm interested in setting my car up for mainly track events ( summit point,
lime rock) and some autocrossing.   its a '88 325is with pirelli hp tires.  i
don't use the car for daily driving, just on weekends.  i'm looking for advice
on camber, toe out, and rear wheel camber.  my alignment shop won't do it
without exact numbers.  by the way does 120 dollars for the job sound
reasonable?
