Wendall -

"Lambda" is what the O2 sensor permits the engine management
computer to control.  It is basically the fuel/air ratio fed to the
engine.  Since your dealer's action preceeded the problem,
I'd suggest it was causal and that a visit back to the dealer
is in order.
