Brake Pedal

Hi,
       I have seen postings of how to adjust the pedal height (E30), but I
want to remove some pedal travel without adjusting the height of the pedal
(i.e. keep the brake and the clutch pedal level). Is this possible?? New
pads and shoes have been fitted, brakes bled (maybe a better technique
required here?).
