the BMW CCA has always made it clear that they were willing to support the
digest financially, in its entirety.

the problem (back when it was on mailgate.wizvax.net) that the accounting
requirements were just complex enough that i failed to keep up. since then,
the digest has moved to the new server, and now it is nearly impossible to
separate out digest charges, simply because i'm effectively "billing
myself", leaving very little accountability, probably not enough for the CCA.
