However, given the content of Richard's first post, I'm beginning to
wonder if that wasn't a Hollow Threat in it's own right.  While I
would miss the Digest if it were to cease function, don't threaten to
shut it down and then follow up with inaction - this doesn't work for
2 year olds and it won't work for Digest subscribers.  That would be
much akin to the "Kibort Posts are Censured" post that was followed by
a dozen or more Kibort posts.

Perhaps Richard has come to the realization that his first post was a
bit hasty.  If that's the case, it would be appreciated if Richard
were to print a retraction stating that he was hasty and that he will
again resume the role of Digest moderator (as opposed to disinterested
bystander).
