endurance racing is all about reliability. if you can't keep the car
running for 24 hours, you don't deserve to win. if porsche can keep a
car running for 24 hours, and 'we' can't, then i'd say porsche is
already 'in their place'.

i'd have to hope that BMW wins the manufacturers title again, since
it's the only manufacturer actually involved in the series. don't get
me wrong, i'm a big PTG fan, but i think the title would be worth a
lot more if they were competing against teams with the same type of
factory support that PTG gets.
