more GT40

Someone was wondering earlier as to the builder of the GT40, Ford US or
Europe.  Actually, Ford had Lola design and build it and the engines were US
V8's.  Some of them were campaigned by the NASCAR team Holman and Moody, who
did some of the development work.  It was built, as mentioned in a previous
post to spite Enzo Ferrari, but wasn't a one shot wonder - it won LeMans
from '66-'69, 4 years.
