first of all, the only mark who is restricted at all is the esteemed mr.
kibort.

second of all, i am not sending kiborts postings to the bitbucket; i'm
simply reviewing them before passing them on. some have already been
forwarded; some have been returned to mr. kibort with explanations, for his
benefit, of why they were not forwarded.

i dislike heavy handed moderation, and full moderation would require an
unreasonable amount of my time. while i do have one volunteer for a
possible round-robin moderation scheme that might happen in the future, we
should all recall that the last experiment with a moderated bmw-digest was
a failure, despite the best intentions and hard work of the person who was
moderator at that time.
