purchasing 528(E39); options?

Hi-

I'm getting a new 528iA! I need some suggestions on the options
especially from the current 528 owners. 

For example, is "premium/sport" pkg. worth it? I won't be driving this car
all the time, so ultimate grip and handling won't be necessary - is the
non-sport suspension too soft still?

Out of all the seats, which one's the most comfy?
