No Mark Digest

Hi

I want a no Mark and a no Racism digest. Let's place filters on the "N" word
and other hurtful ethnic slurs. I also want an active Digest moderator.
Right now our moderator is MIA and the digest is suffering and good people
are going away.

Please fix this..
