Uh, this is the way to make more horsepower on a 3.0L 95 (OBD-I) M3, but
not the way to do it on a 96+ 3.2L OBD-II M3.  From what I've read from
JimC and others who know, the bottleneck on the intake side of the 3.0L
engine is first and foremost the air flow meter, followed by the air box.
However, if I remember correctly, the same sources have found that the
bottleneck on the 3.2L engine is the intake manifold and the actual intake
valves.  So, changing out the afm and swapping the airbox doesn't really do
very much.  Probably the best mod until more tuner parts are developed is
just to do the JimC chip...
