E-46 323i Fog Lights

We are to pick up our 1999 323I   E-46 this week and my wife has decided it needs fog lights.
I have found that no 'kit' is available.
It is my understanding that the wire harness is the same in the 323 as the 328 which has fogs standard.

Parts I know that I would need are;
	The lights
	The headlight switch since the fogs are controlled there
Possible parts;
	Relay ?
	Fuse?
Is all the wireing already in the car? Could this be an easy although expensive 'Plug and Play' operation?
Is it possible at all?
