BL/SS short shifter crimping **Rob

I have posted new pictures of the structural crimp we make to all the short
shift levers:

This is the same as the factory method on certain rare or Euro BMWs and
assures perfect dust boot seal.  Our precision equipment guarantees the
exact same crimp every time.
