E36 M3 brake duct question

Turner Motorsport has a new backing plate for ducting the front brakes for E36 
M3's on his website. It looks like a nice piece and it costs $249 for the pair.

My question is: What is involved in installing it on a 95 M3? I've heard it may 
require new bearings, is difficult to do, etc...
