new auto tranny run in period / fog lights adjust

Hi all,

I have just had my auto transmission rebuilt with some new gears and
components. How long do I have to run-in the transmission? Any hints and
tips would be appreciated.

I've asked this before but never got a satisfactory answer, so I'll try
again. Does anyone know how to adjust the front fog lights on an E36?
