greetings,
  before I bought my new car (90 325is), it was supposedly detailed (I say
supposedly because the job sucked) but there is now a nice yellow film all
over the engire compartment.  I am asumming that this the clear acrylic laquer
used in crappy detailing frequently.  To get to the point, what is the best
way of removing this film?  Also has any one else noticed that Simple Green
eats the clear coat off factory alloys?
