A BMW exec car is basically any car that a dealer buys from BMW NA.  This
includes cars that BMW reps drive, most of which will be less than a year
old.  Also, includes dealer operated cars for service loaners. These cars
have to be titled in the dealer
name.  And, the short term leases that BMW sales people are offered for
reaching
BMW goals.  One last thing, BMW includes cars that were leftover from (pool
cars)
cars that were never shiped to a dealer as allocation.  Cars that are given
out as tokens by NA.  You can get great deals on 98 318's right now there
were more than a few left.
