I certainly will vote, if it is not too late to do so.
Typically my Roundel hardly ever arrives before the third week of the
month. And then it often looks as though someone at the post office had
been busy reading it.
Just one of those fun things about living north of the 49th parallel.
At least the Roundels do eventually arrive. Eventually...
