motorsport flag style painting

Hi from Autria,

my wintercar will get a major paint job during summer months and I want to
paint the rear with the
motorsport flag style.
Can anyone give me some tips or advise how to do this in a cheap way?
How can I get the flag pattern to the chassis  - cheap, easy and quick?
