m3 stereo question/help

Hello;

Can anyone shed some light on the proper technique for disassembling the
rear deck speakers on an e-36(95 m3) with the standard stereo(not the
lux pckg).  In addition, I was wondering if there are any pearls
regarding removing the door panels to replace tweeters.  I am going to
upgrade the stock speakers in all locations this weekend and would love
some info as to accessing these areas.
