I, for one, wish to extend many thanks, kudos, etc., to administrator 
Richard Welty for FINALLY stepping in to derail the "eram" train!! In 
the past, I have wondered when he would put an end to this nonsense. 
And, I fully support his termination of the "political" thread. We don't 
need to act like our House of Representative brethren, carrying on 
discussions/activities that are inappropriate for this forum. I thought 
this digest was supposed to be about BMWs, not politics or hair dryers. 
How glad I am that the '02 digest does not suffer from these inane 
ramblings.

Now, if we could just get away from the "unbeatable/thievery" thread. I 
know that everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but why do the 
members of this digest insist on beating each other up over such trivia? 
I thought most of us were adults(or close to it), but you can't tell by 
some of the posts. It makes me wonder if some of these posters are the 
same ones who give the rest of us BMW enthusiasts a bad name out on the 
road?!
