<all> dash covers

I haven't used a dash cover, but I've considered them as I have a few
cracks in my dash.

Doing a cost/benefit analysis, I've decided that I'd rather pay $20
more for a new (used) dash. The covers are $78, and uncracked used
E30 dashes run around $100. Sure, it's a little more work than
throwing a pressure-adhesive cover on, but for my time and money, it's
worth it.
