Mike, please turn off the html on your mail program.  Plain text is the
format you should use for email correspondence with real people ;-)

You can try disconnecting the battery for an hour, although this will
require resetting your OBC and radio codes afterwards.  If this does not
work, you will need to go to the dealer or a well equipped BMW
specialist.  There is no way to retrieve trouble codes from the SRS
system without the appropriate tool.
