Heated Seats 325i

Hi, I have a 94 325i with heated seats or seat, right now. The
passenger seat works fine its the drivers seat that does not heat up.
The switch lights up and stays on but no heat. I checked the
connections under the seat and they seem fine. Where else can I look?
