Isetta sighting

I saw my first Isetta today, driving around Colorado Springs.  The
owner wouldn't happen to be on the Digest would s/he?

Those are darn cool cars!  They make a VW Bug look like a land yacht. 
Anyone have any info on how many are in the US?
