ES Tuning exhaust install

I just installed an ES Tuning exhaust on my '97 M3. I am having a problem
with the exhaust touching the bumper and I'm afraid it'll melt it. Does
anyone else have the same problem? How did you get around it? Am I going to
need new (modified) brackets for the muffler? Thanks for your help.
