M3 sway bars vs RD adjustable Sway Bars

Hi All!

What is the difference in ride and 'comfort' (or lack thereof :))
between the stock M3 sway bars and the adjustable Racing Dynamics sway
bars.  What is also the difference between either of these with the
stock 325is e36.  The car already has bilstein sports and has been
lowered by 1.4".
