E32 rear seat removal

Does anyone know how to remove the rear seat cushion in a 1991 750i?  I want
to replace the retractable center seat belt with a simple adjustable belt
which is safe for a baby seat.

I tried the old "push back on forward mount points and lift" that works with
many cars, but it didn't work, and I don't want to force it.
