Question on '99 M3 order

Hi,

I'm new to the list, and have a question about a '99 M3 Convertible I'm
ordering.  The dealer insists on placing the order as follows:

Model: 328ic-M
Model Code: M-3 Convertible #9932

While the Model Code seems to jive with what kbb.com shows as an M3,
I'm worried about calling this a 328ic-M.  There's a flavor of the 
328 with an "M Aero Package", which I *don't* want, and that model
sure sounds like it.

Can anyone clear this up?
