<ALL> Voltage for Garage opener

     Hi, just last few days I was trying to put my garage open into the 
car.  I have seen some pages up for patching the power from the cigerate 
lighter.  Too bad that was for 9V garage opener.  

Can anybody please tell me what kind of parts I will need for a 14V to 
3V garage opener.  I couldn't do the math....
