Cylinder Head needed

Greetings BMW Listers! I have come to visit from the MG Mailing list. I am
trying to help a friend. He has a 1981 320i fuel injected BMW that has a
cracked cylinder head. I (We) do not know what is available for these older
fine German cars. He is searching preferrably for a good used head or
re-built one. Again, we do not know if new ones are available. Any help from
the list would be greatly appreciated.
We are located in Kingsport, Tennessee.
