They obviously "forgot" to tell you one minor detail.
The warranty ONLY applies if the dealer installs the parts, just like
Toyota has done for quite some time.  Buy the parts over the counter,
even if you own a shop, and they only have the standard 12 month
unlimited mile warranty.

Oh, and this is US information, probably doesn't apply in the rest of
the world.
