sending foreign funds for buying bmw parts in Europe.

Has anyone sent funds in foreign currency abroad by wire or
other method to purchase BMW parts or ?  What's the
best and cheapest way to do this.  my bank cannot direct
wire the funds in foreign currency as they do not do
currency exchange.  if anyone has any suggestions,
please email me.
