Tom,

I'd stay closer to the wholesale or the LOAN value, which you can get from a
bank.  or you should try www.kbb.com or www.edmunds.com  and get the TRADE
IN value of this car...  I would NOT pay anything close to retail.. also,
remember that there were sulfur engine problems with 94-95 v8's and this car
may have a "bad" engine block.
