M3 susp Vs. Z3

I was looking to upgrade my Sway bar to an ///M3 model 
My roadster susp. is a copy of the standard E36 model.  now from
all of the digesters that have done this swap.  

1. is it worth the swap Vs. just getting a bigger e36 bar?
2. what parts do I need to do the swap
3. what else is involved?
4. who sells urthane bushings for just the front of my car?
