E30 Drive shaft terminal !

     I have a Euro E30 touring 318.  The nearside drive shaft has expired 
     at 115,000 miles (2 weeks before passing on !).
     
     I have ordered a new one from Euro Car parts here in Trafford park 
     Manchester.  It will be here 10:00 15/12/98 at a cost of 98 UKP + tax 
     (17.5%).
     
     It looks like a straightforward job but ...
     
     Are there any major problems with the replacement job (its the exhaust 
     side)?
