I have a '75 2002 with an '89 M3 motor installed for sale.

If you do it yourself, expect to pay:

Engine:  ~$4000
Trans:  ~$1000 (CR 5-speed, modified for motronic sensors)
Misc: ~$1000 (radiator and, well, misc).
Labor: ~$2500

Rough Total:  $8500

I'm selling mine for $9750.  For that $1750, you get a clean, rust-free '75
2002 with A/C, Recaros, LSD and so on.  Whatta deal, eh?
