e36 keeps overheating

My 92 325i keeps overheating after I replaced my radiator and my 
thermostat.  I'm not sure what's causing it to overheat.  Am I adding 
the coolant wrong? Has my water pump failed(hope not it's only two years 
old)?  Can a new radiator cause this?  As you can see I'm very confused 
on why this is happening.  Your help will be greatly appreciated.
