74tii Wheels

Unfortunately, I based my question about these wheels on wrong
information from my brother in law.  I climbed up into the garage loft
after sending my message,only to find that there are only four wheels,
and that they are steel OEM 5x13, eight spokes.  Not alloys.  Decent but
not great condition.  I wonder
if I should just chuck 'em.  Sorry.
