Pop in a CD!  ;-)
You might verify that the antenna is actually still connected to the radio.
If so, consider installing a powered repeater or signal booster.  In the
tradition of those UUC folks out there, I'd just go on down to my favorite
Car Toys store and replace the thing with a kickin' system.
